To train effectively, our demanding schedule requires you to refuel regularly with a balanced nutritional intake. We can all lose weight drastically by simply not eating enough, but rest assured the loss will be temporary and chances are you’ll put it all back on when you return home when your poor eating habits resurface. Along with our expert nutritionist, we’ll help you address any food issues and help achieve a more healthy, balanced approach to your diet.

All our menus are designed by qualified nutritionists, using high quality locally sourced Scottish fare, with healthy options including fresh fish, poultry, fruit and vegetables*. Fear not, your daily rations will not scrimp on taste, but your intake will of course be monitored and restricted where required for the weight loss results you want.
Rations are always sufficient to lose both lbs and inches, and ensure you succeed in the daily physical challenges you’ll face.
* Tasty vegetarian options are always available, and any food intolerances are fully taken into consideration.
