Boot Camp Activities
These include a broad range of fat burning cardio sessions and conditioning workouts. Your fitness will be assessed on arrival, and you will split into groups working together to optimise team challenges and camaraderie.
Out on the field....
Your week-long programme will consist of both indoor and outdoor activities, designed to challenge every aspect of your physical and mental fitness. These include:

- Nordic walking

- Log runs
- Core stability
- Team challenges
- Practical nutritional advice
- Aqua Fit
- Spinning & Body Attack
