Scottish Bootcamp testimonial
I was slow and it was hard to start with, but as the week went on the muscle aches lessened! Great staff, so many different exercises, wonderful surroundings and accommodation and delicious food. What can I say? I realised that running (up hill) can be fun, and was encouraged to do more than I normally would. I can do press ups too (sort of) and I am certainly going to work on my "core"! Thanks to Lileen, I will change things in mine and my kids' eating pattern. Thanks to Sara for all the encouragement, the knee bands, itching cream and Pilates! Thanks to Paddy & Jim, you're a great team. And thanks to Al for the easy rides on the bus.

Lileen, what can I say? For someone who doesn't cook I'm now armed with a plan and ready to make some tasty food.”
Having been on a boot camp before, I was dreading my arrival not knowing what was in store for me!! This experience could not have been more different and for the better too!!”
At times a real struggle, which made it all the more rewarding”
