Scottish Bootcamp testimonial
I was slow and it was hard to start with, but as the week went on the muscle aches lessened! Great staff, so many different exercises, wonderful surroundings and accommodation and delicious food. What can I say? I realised that running (up hill) can be fun, and was encouraged to do more than I normally would. I can do press ups too (sort of) and I am certainly going to work on my "core"! Thanks to Lileen, I will change things in mine and my kids' eating pattern. Thanks to Sara for all the encouragement, the knee bands, itching cream and Pilates! Thanks to Paddy & Jim, you're a great team. And thanks to Al for the easy rides on the bus.
