Scottish Bootcamp testimonial
I had a fantastic experience at boot camp. Came here on my own, but met a cracking bunch of people that helped make this week a memorable one.....sharing the highs and lows and lots of laughter along the way. The instructors (Paddy & T) were spot on, and were tough (but fair) when they needed to be, but also knew when we had given all we had to give! so although they were there to get us into shape, we still had plenty of fun and laughter in the mix of things, throughout the week. They know their stuff, and I have lots of respect for them...so listen up laydeez when they tell you what to do!! The activities themselves were really varied and kept you guessing every day. Each activity posed a challenge either physically or mentally and sometimes it just came down to mind over matter to get through. I don't have a favourite activity as sadistically I enjoyed them all!!
FOOOOOOD! should be a separate page itself to say thanks and highlight how great Lileen, her cooking and knowledge on food/nutrition is. It felt like we were eating in a hotel the whole week!! The meals themselves were plentiful and we learned quickly to eat everything as we needed it for the next activity. Sara and Al were great too and made sure our week ran smoothly from pick up to general day to day things. Sara Also took us for great Pilates lessons, and joined in with our morning workouts so it felt like a big family all working out for the morning session. I'll stop waffling now but just to summarise.....
The Boys 10/10
Food & Lileen 10/10
Sara & Al 10/10
BOOTCAMP OVERALL 100/100!!!

I feel even more keen now to step out and get involved in some activities outside the gym or running to make exercise fun again and not just a chore.”
